place this steam seat in the toliet then put the seat down,after you boil the vsteam for 20 minutes, pour the herbs into steam seat, place your hand above the the herbs to see if it cool enough for you, once its cool into your liking sit down wrap yourself with a towel drink two bottles of water and steam for 30 mins.  please look on the vsteam instructions for more informatio
